Recovery begins with the right support.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation for Territorians that is holistic and recovery focused.

TeamHEALTH's Residential Rehabilitation Services provide a range of short-, medium- and long-term recovery focused options for people experiencing mental ill-health who need support to stabilise, recover, and transition back into the community.

Our programs offer structured, therapeutic environments with a strong focus on psychosocial rehabilitation. Each of our programs has a foundation of support centred on holistic wellbeing, healthy nutrition, regular exercise, good sleep hygiene, cultural safety, medication support and individual tailored supports.

Participants are supported to build daily living skills, improve wellbeing, and work toward greater independence - all in a person-centred, recovery-oriented setting.

Whether stepping up from the community, stepping down from hospital care, or requiring longer-term therapeutic support, our residential programs are here to help people regain stability and move forward.

Referrals:

Each service is delivered in partnership with Top End Mental Health Service (TEMHS) and aims to bridge the gap between hospital care and independent living in the community. Referrals are only accepted from TEMHS.

Your information is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and the NT Information Act.

TeamHEALTH requires a brief participant risk assessment to ensure that we understand how to keep our staff, participants and community safe. If you are completing a self-referral and need assistance filling out a risk assessment, please call us on the phone number below.
