Two Ways Mentoring Program
Empowering individuals. Educating workplaces. Building inclusive communities.
The Two Ways Mentoring Program supports people living with mental health challenges to enter the workforce and thrive, while partnering with employers to create mentally healthy, stigma-free workplaces.
This program is proudly funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.
What is the Two Ways Mentoring Program?
The Two Ways Mentoring Program supports individuals living with mental health challenges to increase their participation in the workforce and broader community. By blending peer mentoring with mental health education and employer engagement, the program takes a holistic approach to improving employment outcomes and reducing stigma around mental illness in the Top End.
