Community Groups
Stronger Together: Building skills, connection, and resilience.
Community Groups is the new name for our Low Intensity Mental Health Support Groups (LIMHS). The groups are still here, just with a new name.
Community Groups are a chance to make art, get out into the community, and try new things, alongside other people, in a small and welcoming setting. Each group has no more than ten people and is run by experienced staff.
People who come along tell us the groups lift their wellbeing and confidence and ease the isolation that can come with living with a mental health condition. It happens through doing things together and learning from one another, a new craft, or practical ways to manage stress and look after yourself and the people around you.
Whether you're looking into it for yourself, or for someone you care for or support, you're welcome to come along.
