At TeamHEALTH, we recognise that safe, secure housing is the foundation for stability, safety and opportunity. TeamHEALTH delivers a range of housing and homelessness services across the Greater Darwin region and the Katherine Big Rivers Region.
Our services support people to establish, maintain or regain stable housing through a combination of long-term accommodation, transitional housing and practical tenancy support.
We work with people who are:
- Experiencing or at risk of homelessness
- Seeking long-term affordable housing
- Transitioning from crisis, unsafe housing or institutional settings
Our approach focuses on practical support, safety, accountability and building the skills needed to sustain long-term housing
Our Services:
Community Housing Service (CHS)
Our Community Housing Service offers medium to long-term shared and non-shared housing options for eligible occupants. CHS supports people to maintain stable housing within the community, with ongoing tenancy management and support.

Homelessness & Transitional Accommodation Programs
TeamHEALTH delivers a range of transitional accommodation programs designed to support people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
These programs provide time-limited accommodation combined with structured support to help participants stabilise their circumstances to transition to longer-term housing.
Brokerage Support
Through targeted brokerage and practical assistance, we support people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
