As an Executive Manager at TeamHEALTH, you will play a key leadership role in translating strategy into impact. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a diverse portfolio of services, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed and culturally inclusive mental health programs across the stepped care model. You will provide strong, values-based leadership, foster collaboration across the organisation, and build meaningful partnerships with communities and stakeholders to improve mental health outcomes across the Northern Territory.
