The TeamCONNECT program has come to a close. We're so grateful to everyone who was part of it: the participants, partners, and community members who shaped the program and made a real difference along the way.

Central Intake is the single-entry point to homelessness services across the Northern Territory. They will work with you to understand your situation and connect you with the most appropriate homelessness, health and support services.
