TeamCONNECT Brokerage Program
Supporting People Impacted by Housing Affordability and Homelessness in the Greater Darwin and Big Rivers Regions.
What is TeamCONNECT?
The TeamCONNECT Brokerage Program is a targeted support initiative by TeamHEALTH designed to reduce financial and practical barriers associated with entering or sustaining housing. It offers brokerage assistance for people who are experiencing housing insecurity, at risk of homelessness, or facing major cost-of-living pressures associated with maintaining their housing. The support is delivered for people living across the Greater Darwin and Big Rivers regions.
The TeamCONNECT Brokerage offers needs-tested financial and practical assistance. It is not a loan and does not need to be repaid.
