TeamHEALTH embeds two way learning with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are participants, staff, community, leaders and stakeholders. This ensures that respect underpins all our interactions as we celebrate diversity and value different cultures.
The TeamHEALTH Reconciliation Plan provides a framework and practical actions that will contribute to developing effective and respectful relationships and create opportunities to learn from and work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
TeamHEALTH will track the progress of our plan, providing updates to all staff and the Board and announce achievements, challenges and updates.
