Positive Psychology Aim To Fourish

This is a long one guys so get comfy!

According to Dr Pidgeon, the ‘Aim to Flourish’ step is based around the four stages of mental health. From low to high there are mental illness, languishing, moderate mental health, and flourishing. While most people are in the moderate mental health section, positive psychology aims to move people into the flourishing sector, to lift ourselves to the highest level of mental health we need to consider a few areas in our lives.

Naidoc Week 2019

NAIDOC Week is held across Australia every year during the second week of July to celebrate history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The week is a great opportunity to participate in a range of activities and to support your local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
