Recovery Assistance Program

The Recovery Assistance Program (RAP) provides recovery focused psychosocial rehabilitation promoting the development and achievement of life goals and skills.  

To be eligible a person must be 16 years and over.

Referrals are accepted from any source.

The RAP also provides support to people living in TEAMhealth Community Housing Program (CHP).
