MISSION

“To create a society that understands and optimises mental health.”

AIMS

TEAMhealth aims:

1.  To provide a range of services to people with a mental disorder or mental illness and psychiatric disability in the Top End of the Northern Territory of Australia.

2.   To collaborate with, actively support and provide services that are complementary to the work of, other government and non government agencies and which are consistent with Northern Territory and national frameworks and standards.

3.   To conduct research exploring the needs of people with mental illness in the Top End of the Northern Territory. To develop service models consistent with the findings of this research.

4.   To foster better understanding of, and promote good mental health in, the Top End of the Northern Territory of Australia.
